Elev8 is looking for a full time Associate Project Cost Analyst to assist in the setup and management of project and operational costs for a fast growing global training delivery organization. You will work under the direct supervision of an Global Delivery Operations Leader and will work closely with the Solutions Designers, Implementation Project Manager Lead, and Finance Team to ensure project and operations costs are properly identified, controlled, and reported.


The Associate Project Cost Analyst will be involved in the preparation of project cost structures, monitoring of the project’s progress, and reporting upon advancement towards the milestones set. You will need to be flexible and eager to take over versatile tasks and accomplish your goals with dedication and perseverance. You need to be ready to support the respective stakeholders and leaders

Responsibilities



  • Support the Global Delivery Operations Leader in maintaining the elev8 Training Delivery Operations project cost and pricing information.

  • Set up and maintain a project cost structure, adhering to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.

  • Track project cost performance by monitoring contracts, schedules and capturing key cost control indicators.

  • Work with the Finance team to create cost models and templates for new project types and implementation schemas.

  • Design and prepare regular cost, pricing, and margin reports.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of relevant project management experience.

  • Knowledge of project planning, developing, and budget tracking.

  • Strong command of MS-Office (Advanced Excel Knowledge).

  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, analytical, and teamwork skills.

  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
