Job Description
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue projections, and expense control.
- Manage both existing and new businesses by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on field sales success.
Required Skill / Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the service industry or similar role.
- BSC / HND in any discipline.
