The Business Development Officer will be charged with the duty of managing the D&A publishing arm, creating new in-road for the business, establishing partnerships with bookstores all over Nigeria, delivering new products on time (e.g. books, reports, magazines etc.) achieving all round growth for business areas, and meeting revenue targets
Job Description
- Oversee design, editing, production, and marketing of the book projects including the selection of title pages, cover design, interior layout design, etc.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities for potential manuscripts
- Identify and expand on book distribution channels and opportunities
- Keep track of book sales and distribution
- Promote books to potential clients and partners i.e book stores, corporate partners, etc.
