Job Description

• Have experience with the sales of Old layers, POLs, Poultry manure, and other agricultural products


• Generating new business leads


• Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements


• Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently


• Meeting or exceeding all performance goals


• Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.


• Experience in the FCMG industry

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / Master's Degree in Animal Science or any related field


• Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic


• Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.


• Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency, and commitment to providing the best customer service.


• Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrable effective team management experience.


• Be able to work in Lagos & Ogun state
