Description

• Fulfill the recruitment plan for open vacancies and negotiate contracts.


• Conduct a full cycle of selection: from the receipt of  application to the exit of the employee;


• Actively interact with heads of departments;


• Attract qualified candidates using various resources and selection tools;


• Keep records of the work done, calculation of recruiting metrics;


• Improve the recruiting system in the company, initiate and lead projects within the recruitment system.

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience in recruitment for at least a year (mainly sales managers, call center operators, back office positions);


• Excellent communication skills, empathy, positivity;


• High independence and self-organization, proactivity.
