Client is a fashion retail company, looking to hire a resourceful and performance driven HR Manager (Generalist) with the capacity to deliver exceptional results.

Pay- 149,000gross monthly

RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive achievement of company results via people operations/ performance management.


• Ensures aligning of policies, processes, workflows, and systems etcto the business needs.


• Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.


• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures that promote company culture and vision.


• Make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and management of the company’s business through advice and implementation of people and culture solutions to ensure effectiveness in attracting, managing, developing, motivating and retaining top quality staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/HND in social/management science course.


• You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing human resources in a structured organization.


• You must have a deep and up-to-date knowledge in HR development and be versatile in the Nigerian Labor law.


• You must have all-round management abilities with strengths in communication, administration and influencing.


• Must be a member of a professional body (CIPM/CIPD/SHRM/PHRI)


• Preferably, female candidate.
