- Manage business development for the Laboratory and Diagnostic Center
- Ensure new deals are closed and spearhead revenue growth
- Develop business plans focused on company growth and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Conduct researches to identify new markets and customers' needs
- Build healthy relationships with prospective clients and maintain relationships with current clients
- Create sales contracts that align with existing laws and principles
- Manage new marketing initiatives
- requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch Laboratory and Diagnostic services
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Strategize on improving business operations
- Attending events such as exhibitions, conferences and seminars when necessary
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Preparing financial projections and sales targets
- Producing reports for management
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields.
- 3 - 7 years as a Business Development Manager in a Laboratory and Diagnostic Center
- Must have worked in a managerial and supervisory capacity
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent Sales track record.
- Communication & problem-solving skills.
Remuneration
N140,000 - 160,000 Monthly.
