The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
- Implement sales strategy as set by the GM of elevators and escalators
- Manage the relationship with the allocated customer base and satisfy their requirements
- Look for new opportunities within the elevator and escalator business.
- Collect market information and conduct competitor analysis including product and price comparisons
- Implement sales and marketing strategies, sales programs, efforts and events including goal setting.
- Develop service awareness in the marketplace to ensure sustained profit growth of sales in the company.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Negotiate with stakeholders and conclude contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
