Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in implementing Sales Strategic Plans.
- Generates new businesses.
- Maintains good customer relationship & exploits existing opportunities.
- Develops Marketing & Sales strategy that will identify and open up new channels for the company.
- Maximizes sales across product & service portfolio.
- Assists in marketing activities, events and brand awareness for the company.
- Implements all approved Marketing & Sales plan of the company.
- Achieves Sales Target for the company.
- Contact and ensure to qualify identified prospects, leads and suspects from established marketing campaigns plus current business partner relations.
- Update and maintain continuously internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
- Assists in preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports.
- Generates sales leads.
- Performs constant follow –up on Prospects & Sales Leads.
- Increases sales referrals.
Personal Skills:
Job Holder must possess the following:
- Must be in Telecommunication Service industry for the past 4 years and above of continuous employment in marketing & sales function.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Data entry and presentation skills.
- Good market analysis skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Internet services sales.
- Persuasive skill and ability to close deals independently.
- Must have commanding personality with credibility to penetrate & influence decision makers of our target audience.
Required Experience & Qualification:
- BA/B.sc in Marketing, Business Administration or Social Science from reputable institution.
- Must have relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years and above in telecoms industry.
- Experienced female candidates preferable.
Key Performance Indicator:
- Generate atleast 150 sales leads every month.
- Constantly establishing new business.
- Consistently meet monthly sales target and surpass.
- Timely rendition of comprehensive reports on your sales activity on weekly basis to your line Manager and GM.
- Maximise all company leads sourcing platforms by converting atleast 6 out of 10 sales leads allocated to you. .
- Excellent customer relations.
- Minimise customer churning rate.
- Contribute strategic ideas on how to improve company sales revenue.

25 – 35 years of age.
