Requirements:
Qualification 1st degree in any field.
- Experience – 5 to 7 years of experience as Facilities Supervisor in a Manufacturing or Industrial Company
- Must have hand on experience to diagnose, repair and assessment of electrical distribution panels, water treatments, sewage treatments, firefighting system, HVAC commercial/domestic.
Job Description:
- Receiving Job Order from call center and assign the team according to work order.
- Allocate Job to routine maintenance/repair team based on JOB order.
- Receiving Spare Parts from store based on the workorders.
- Monitoring of work in progress on sites/designated location.
- Prepare the PPM plan for all facilities equipment’s and follow up the progress of PPM plan.
- Signing off open workorder which followed by JOB completion.
- Must have diagnostic skills to diagnose the faults and guide/support the team with technical advice.
- Carry out the assessment of all the facilities equipment’s as and when required.
- Plan the Annual Maintenance as and when required.
