b Requirements



  • Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Social Sciences or any other related field.

  • CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, CIPD etc.

  • A minimum 8 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of Reward and benefits, and payroll processing.

  • Practical experience with payroll systems, practices and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of an ERP system (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage).

  • Ability to generate and analyze various reports using Excel and other reporting tools.

  • Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature.
