Responsibilities



  • Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment.

  • Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team.

  • Managing creative teams consisting of designers, writers, artists, photographers, or other individuals who work together to create new products or services.

  • Reviewing designs to ensure they meet company's specifications or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products or services.

  • Determining which types of advertising will be most effective in reaching target audiences based on demographic information such as age, gender, ethnicity, location, or socioeconomic status.

  • Participate in and provide regular opportunities for professional development and growth to team.

  • Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution.

  • Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals.

  • Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices

  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients

  • Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions.

  • Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphics Art, Communications or a similar field.

  • IT certifications required.

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in several programming languages.

  • Experienced writing code.

  • Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Familiar with a range of software and hardware.

  • Previous technical support role.

  • Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines.

  • Web design experience an advantage.
