Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Train new members of the sales team.
- Generate business and sales leads for team members.
- Effectively manage and coordinate the sales team.
- Build and manage relationship with clients.
- Set and evaluate Sales Team Performance.
- Relationship management of client base.
- Ability to meet and surpass team's Sales target.
- Schedule team's daily sales task to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Effectively monitor and report team's sales report to the BDM on a weekly basis.
Qualification and Requirements
- OND, HND or BSc in any related field
- 3-5 years’ experience with facility management
- Experience with tele or physical sales
- Gender: Male or Female
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good communication skills
- Strong presentation and closing skills
