Job Description



We are a medium sized facility management company and urgently We need to hire a competent and experienced Facility Manager to manage a 150 man operation at a client industrial site in Lagos covering janitorial, painting, electrical, HVAC etc.


Preferably Degree in Engineering and Female

1 Operations management



  • Oversee service level agreement compliance daily in all aspects of the Preventive, Corrective and Restorative maintenance of all assets and facilities within scope

  • Monitor compliance of Site Operatives with established procedures

  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures to enable the maintenance of acceptable standards of service and compliance with the specification

  • Take responsibility for ensuring that a safe system of work is constantly communicated and adhered to Site Operatives prior to the commencement of the work activity

  • Implement operations strategies and action plans as articulated by management


2 Customer relationship management



  • Regularly interface with the client on site and deliberately get feedback on our services rendered.

  • Prevent as much as possible any client’s complaints and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Engage with high-level staff on every service delivery complaints

  • Ensure timely and regular quality assurance contacts with relevant client contacts

  • Conduct periodic formal and informal service level evaluation

  • Manage effectively and efficiently the customer relationship profile by regularly updating important contacts within the organization


3. Business development



  • Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company on site

  • Manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses

  • Use all available means to follow up aggressively on contacts

  • Engage the support of the headoffice marketing and project  team in the aggressive followup  of all identified prospects

  • Engage in on site marketing activities to get more business from clients

  • Engage in referral marketing activities based on relationship with clients


4. Others



  • Income management and receivables management

  • Expenditure and internal control

  • Any other assigned activity
