  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and supervising the construction of projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.




  • It is expected that you possess a strong understanding of civil engineering or quantity surveying principles and some track records in the built environment. You must have a good understanding of project management.




  •  You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.




Responsibilities:




  • Monitor design and plan infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.




  • Prepare detailed project estimates and cost analyses.




  • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.




  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.




  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.




  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.




Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying or a related field




  • Practical experience in civil engineering or construction project management




  • Strong understanding of building construction principles.




  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills




  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
