Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing procurement framework and processes including end-2-end contract strategies through complete contracts lifecycle tracking and supplier performance management.


• Identify and develop reliable sources of supply


• Establish adequate record keeping and issuance procedures


• Translate operating forecasts into material requirements plans and there determine standard stock reorder levels.


• Ensure products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly


• Participate in negotiations for service contracts


• Prepare procurement repots


• Perform risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements


• Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective


• Respond to internal and external supply inquiries


• Manage existing and vendor and supplier relationships


• Develop and implement sourcing strategy to optimize costs and to ensure continuity of supply of critical products and equipment

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course


• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role


• Experienced in the food service supply chain practices


• Knowledge of some category areas within food and beverage


• Analytical and negotiations skills


• Excellent team player


• Experience in implementing new technologies (e.g. ERP modules)
