Job Duties
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
- Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to develop roadmap and strategy to secure new business.
- Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
- Develop beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing the market, examining risks and potentials, evaluating clauses in the contract and making recommendations to the management.
- Tracking and development of all activities related to new business opportunities.
- Develop the organization's brand and constantly promote positive brand awareness and visibility.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan for the company's existing products and services.
- Achieve and exceed period targets in accordance with all company procedures and code of business conduct.
- Responsible for self-generating and qualifying leads from a variety of sources as well as appointments with potential customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct professional meetings, comprehensively questioning and listening to fully understand customer requirements.
- Foster and develop positive customer relationships which result in increased and repeat business.
- Responsible for identifying and leading the tender process on new opportunities.
- Negotiating and winning sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.
- Ensuring existing and potential clients are offered professional and quality services to increase revenue.
- Maintaining detailed business records.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain work relationships with clients and regulatory bodies
- In-depth understanding of the peculiar intricacies of the Real Estate business environment.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 7 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
