Responsibilities
- Handles all day-to-day operations of the grilling / barbeque section
- Prepare a wide variety of grilling products such as cat-fish, croaker fish, grilled chicken etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Grilling Kitchen.
- Create new and exciting barbeque to renew menus
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the grilling offerings.
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all grilled products
- Monitor stocks for grilling ingredients and make appropriate purchase request within budget.
- Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N30,000 - N45,000 Monthly.
