Responsibilities



  • Handles all day-to-day operations of the grilling / barbeque section

  • Prepare a wide variety of grilling products such as cat-fish, croaker fish, grilled chicken etc. following traditional and modern recipes

  • Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items for Grilling Kitchen.

  • Create new and exciting barbeque to renew menus

  • Ensure excellent quality throughout the grilling offerings.

  • Follows proper handling and right temperature of all grilled products

  • Monitor stocks for grilling ingredients and make appropriate purchase request within budget.

  • Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively

  • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions.

  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.

  • Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.

  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO  qualification with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.  


Salary

N30,000 - N45,000 Monthly.
