  • We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented operations officer to increase the efficiency of our operations.

  • The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.

  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:



  • Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations

  • Project planning and management

  • Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget

  • Overseeing the maintenance department

  • Ensuring that operational deadlines are met

  • Providing operations support to all departments.


Minimum Qualifications



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience.

  • Extensive experience in an operations management position or similar.


Skills:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.

  • Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
