- We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented operations officer to increase the efficiency of our operations.
- The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations
- Project planning and management
- Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget
- Overseeing the maintenance department
- Ensuring that operational deadlines are met
- Providing operations support to all departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience in an operations management position or similar.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.
- Good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance.
