- Make outbound contact to prospective customers via phone call, email or social media.
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs; researching every issue and providing solutions.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Give feedback and recommendations to Management.
Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience or contact centre outbound experience is desirable.
- Must be comfortable with meeting KPIs
- Must have a B.Sc. / HND / OND in a related field.
This is a full time role, but of course we will always consider flexible working options after the first 3 months as we know work life balance is important and we want our teams to be able to flourish.
