On this role, you’ll be required to carry out the recovery of all assigned overdue and delinquent accounts whilst adhering to the bank's policies, procedures, and values.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitoring of accounts in the allocated queues.


• Daily follow-up via physical visit, telephone call, email, and SMS on Promise-to-Pay for nonperforming loans.


• Maintain the account files of delinquent customers and ensure that such files are properlyupdated and managed.


• Timely rendition of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and updates as may be required.


• Perform all other duties as assigned according to set company standards and expectations.


• Work with high energy and deliver at a fast tempo.


• Be 100% accountable to reach and exceed his goals.


• Be supportive, collaborative, and uphold standards always.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any field.


• Should possess a smart phone.


• Good communication skills (written and oral).


• High energy, good negotiation skills.


• Should reside in any of the identified local government areas - Eti-Osa, Alimosho, Lagos Mainland,
  
  Kosofe and Ikorodu.

Salary

N60,000 monthly plus H.M.O, pension, and other incentives.
