Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers as needed
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Requirements and skills
- 1-year post NYSC work experience as an Accounting Assistant.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP) and accounting software and other MS applications
- Organization skills
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Salary Range: N90,000 to N120,000 Gross
