Job Description




  • Responsible for developing market for all company’s products: broiler birds, spent layers, processed meat, eggs and processed manure.

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies to achieve the set goals.

  • Researching prospects and generating leads for all company’s products

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Research and analyse distribution channels for effective and efficient sales operations.

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify areas of improvements.

  • Ensures that the company standard operating procedures is strictly adhered to in all sales function.

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Supervises the activities of sales and marketing officers for effective performance

  • Renders daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to the Sales fulfilment Manager.


Qualifications



  • HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.

  • Must have at least five years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing of poultry products or any FMCG.
