Job Summary:

We are currently seeking to hire an Engagement Manager who will be responsible for attracting sponsors, exhibitors, and conference delegates in order to achieve Revenue Targets. The Engagement Manager will also work with other members of the Steering Committee in designing and executing the overall marketing and promotions plans for all subsequent Events.

What guarantees your success in this role:

You must be able to work with cross-functional teams and build rapport with clients. Strong experience in Business Development, Partnerships, and Project management are key in this position.

• A graduate degree in any social science-related course of study. M.Sc. is an added advantage


• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B Sales and Project Management


• A strong background in B2B Sales and Marketing
