Job Summary



  • The Administrative Manager will be responsible for the smooth handling of the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital, in addition to providing active support to customer experience department to create world-best customer experience to the patients.

  • The Administrative Manager will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • The Administrative Manager will work closely with the clinical lead to ensure a seamless and effective running of the hospital, Strong decision-making ability, collaborative disposition and attention to detail are important in this position.


Responsibilities



  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital branch and the achievement of operational and administrative stability of the establishment

  • Ensuring patient satisfaction by cultivating an efficient and safe environment.

  • Maintaining proper records of hospital branch and assets and ensuring prompt and adequate maintenance of same to avoid downtime or disruption of services.

  • Ensuring the enforcement of organizational policies and staff’ compliance to policies.

  • Preparing daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports relating to the branch.

  • Overseeing the delivery of top customer service experience to all clients and stakeholders (internal and external), create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

  • Taking ownership of customer’s issues and ensuring prompt resolution.

  • Supporting orientation and training of employees, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment for clients and staff alike Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

  • Responsible for branch staff leave planning and leave calendar in collaboration with clinical department.

  • Maintaining effective and continuous collaboration with group office, other branches.

  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in any administrative role.

  • Experience of Hospital Administrative Management is an added Advantage.
