Functions

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.

Networking:

• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues


• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software or hardware faults with respect to routers, switches, internet and Ethernet


• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports


• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades


• Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising ERP solutions such as QuickBooks etc.


• Should be available to Travel around Nigeria to different company branches to set up, upgrade or take down existing systems


• Experience with Web design, digital and social media marketing, Back end development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 8 years relevant work experience.


• Should possess a COMPTIA+ Certification.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
