Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Engage community businesses regarding their immediate and long-term employment needs.
Establish and maintain internship and job placement opportunities.
Document all program activity, track student placement in jobs and internships, analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings.
Collaborate with Management, education technology specialist manager, and facilitators to promote strong alignment of curricula with community employment needs.
Develop and coordinate career counseling services, job search assistance, and internship opportunities
Develop and coordinate student workshops on resume writing, interviewing skills, careers, and other related topics.
Participate in relevant job fairs
Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Regional Planning, Social and Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Well-developed interpersonal skills, team player, and proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations
Good oral and written communication skills in English
