Responsibilities



  • Speak clearly and maintain a positive tone.

  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.

  • Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.

  • Handle office communication and correspondence with clients and stakeholders as directed.

  • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail.

  • Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.

  • Adhere to policies and procedures.


Requirements



  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate

  • Minimum academic qualification of an OND

  • 1 - 2 years of experience

  • Must be smart and pro-active

  • Must have computer knowledge

  • Applicant should be able to multi-task and have good time management skills.
