Planning and creation of a digital content creation calendar to be used across the company’s digital channels thereby increasing engagement with target audiences and stakeholders.
Carry out the day-to-day management of the company/product’s digital channels by creating engaging, enlightening, and inspirational content.
Create digital marketing campaigns to create a strong brand awareness and online presence for the company and its products
Must be very proficient in the use of Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms
Create graphics, images and videos for marketing and promotional campaigns
Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using SEO/SEM components.
using tools like Google Analytics, NetInsights, WebTrends, and using the data to inform future activities.
Contribute to and work with relevant team and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings, and using gathered information from these to formulate relevant digital content for company/product publicity.
Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent English Speaking & Writing Skills.
Experience developing social media strategies and marketing plans.
Understanding of graphic design principles and ability to use Canva and other online Design Tools.
Ability to measure the success of online campaigns.
