Responsibilities



  • Our ideal candidate for this position should be an experienced and forward-thinking Technology Programs Expert with great organizational, writing, stakeholder management skills and profound understanding of Project Management.

  • The knowledge of Nigeria's evolving technology space, creation and design of Professional Courses and Academic Programs in Technical Fields is a significant pre-requisite.

  • S/he will be responsible for the overall coordination of the academic content delivery operations of the Organization specifically the Programs, Courses & Events of our Technology Academy including the drafting and creation of Course Calendars, Curriculum, Course schedules/outlines, engagement of new Tutors and Instructors, working on Programs Budget/Expenditure with Accounts to ensure that all our Programs deliver measurable, top-tier learning outcomes and positive impact on our Students, their Careers and the Employers.


Requirements



  • Relevant Academic and/or Professional Qualification for the position

  • Ability to create Courses and Content for Technology Programs

  • 2-4 years related work experience in similar role is acceptable.

  • Solid leadership, research and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multitask and key into Organization's goals in a way that aligns to candidate's personal growth and long-term career objectives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and Interpersonal Skills

  • IT skills are mandatory.
