Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Keeping records of files, invoices, receipts, waybills and any other form of documentation at the base.
- Stock keeping, issuance of stock and proper recording.
- Base Imprest management.
- Attendance keeping
- Responsible for the office appliances and equipments.
- Sending of regular reports to the HR Manager and Accountant.
Education and Years of Experience
- BSc or HND in Business Administration or any related course.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is an added advantage.
- Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Displays a high level of integrity.
- Preferably a female for gender balance.
- Candidate will be required to work from either our Apapa or ikeja office.
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: N120,000 plus other benefit
