Job Description

• Implement the overall company strategy as given by the company directors


• Handle the day to day running of the business operations which includes reviewing and approving transactions on the application portal


• Handle manual disbursement of loans and tracking of loans disbursed to customers


• Track loan repayments and follow up with defaulters


• Monitor performance and generate reports to provide to management and hold regular performance update meetings.


• Provide online support to customers via phone calls and other digital and social media channels.


• Interface with technical partners and undergo trainings to keep abreast with technical knowledge and knowhow


• Regularly visit educational institutions to form partnerships and drive business growth


• Drive other business development initiatives which includes physical and digital advertisement, awareness, campaigns etc


• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the company directors.
