- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to account
- Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved
- Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
- Must be very conversant with the preparation of balance sheet of the organisation.
- Handling of petty cash book.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Must be versed in the use of excel sheet in preparing financial statements.
- Must reside around ibafo and its axis.
