The job responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and providing various reports and summaries including operational drive and trend to the operation manager;
Assist in developing compliance with accounting procedures, systems, and practices, communicate with restaurants/hotels regarding the discrepancies found in daily/weekly reporting and ensure resolution of outstanding issues;
Works with manager to ensure reporting variances;
Prepare various reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends;
Proposes and implements process improvement for areas of responsibility and completes the monthly closing process.
Assist in the recording of Hotel Revenue and Expenses
Assist in the monitoring of hotel inventories
Assist in the general administration of the hotel
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND / HND qualification
