Job Brief



  • We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis.


Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the hotel.

  • Check in and Check out of guest.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years work experience.

  • Previous work experience as a receptionist expecially in a hotel

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent computer knowledge.


Salary

N80,000 monthly.
