Job Description



Responsibilities:



  • Planned and execute all website, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Launch paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc to increase qualified leads and brand awareness

  • Identify trends and optimize website performance.

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our audience

  • Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaigns

  • Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and our customers

  • Perform keywords research, and keyword mapping and looked for areas where we could take advantage

  • Measure and report on digital traffic and performance using a variety of web analytic tools

  • Carry-out search engine optimization on our website to increase reach and online visibility

  • Continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Manage the company’s social media handles

  • Assist in developing and executing projects and events to create content

  • Plan and monitor the company presence on the website and all social media handles

  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests


Requirements:



  • Candidates should possess a BSC/HND degree 

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

  • Experience with social media, Google Ads Email Campaigns, and SEO/SEM

  • Computer skills include PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel, Canva

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Presentation Skills: The ability to develop a story based on data to present to internal and external team members.


Reporting: Consistently report on campaign performance to the Line manager.


Teamwork: Work across all departments to achieve common goals.


Results Oriented: Have a clear sense of company, team, campaign, and personal goals. Develop a path toward each and demonstrate progress toward results on a regular basis


Skills



  • B2B Marketing - ability to understand the difference between B2B and B2C marketing 

  • Copywriting/Storytelling using visuals

  • Digital Marketing - FB, Instagram & Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok

  • Tech Savvy/Knowledge of Tech Sector - understanding trends and how it applies to our business, 

  • Branding/PR
