Responsibilities and Duties
- Welcome and greet walk-in customers courteously.
- Provide excellent and prompt services to customers.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
- Perform cash, card, and check transactions for customer purchases.
- Handle cash register and manage incoming and outgoing cash.
- Record financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
- Pack and bag products according to customer needs.
- Maintain store equipment such as computers, Phones, and other equipment in safe and good working conditions.
- Stock and maintain the inventories according to store policies.
- Perform the ‘cash count-out on a daily basis
- Address all queries from retail customers.
- Ensure orders are validated before shipping and payment made
Requirement
- Fashionable. Fashion Conscious/Awareness of Fashion brands/trends
- Tech Savvy - ability to manage e-commerce platform/Vend/PO Process/Bar Coding
- Visual Merchandising/Product Display Skills,
- Basic Understanding of Accounting - individuals will be using Xero - Profit and Loss
- Leadership Ability - leading at least 4 persons - sales assistants, social media persons and support staff (security and cleaners), and partners
- Reporting - weekly and monthly on inventory, profit, and loss
- Work with minimal supervision
- Preferable if the individual lives within the Ikeja axis,
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- MS Office Suite - Excel & PowerPoint proficient
- Excellent verbal communication
- Customer-service skill
