Project Manager with Business Analyst skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects, Monitor, and Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, report progress, and make adjustments as needed.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Managing competing resources and priorities with leadership skips.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives and Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developed optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or HND degree in any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Professional Certification in any or both field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills and Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent documentation skills and Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills and Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
