Project Manager with Business Analyst skills


 Responsibilities:



  • Managing projects, Monitor, and Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, report progress, and make adjustments as needed.

  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

  • Managing competing resources and priorities with leadership skips.

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives and Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developed optimization strategies.

  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and Performing requirements analysis.

  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Performing user acceptance testing.

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution


Requirements:



  • A bachelor’s or HND  degree in any related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Professional Certification in any or both field

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.



  • Advanced technical skills and Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent documentation skills and Proven ability to solve problems creatively

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills and Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline



  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • A track record of following through on commitments.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.

  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
