- Supervises clerical and administrative personnel – drivers and office assistants- by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
- Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for junior staff.
- Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for the administrative unit.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Facility and fleet management
- Vehicle repairs and vendor management
- Booking of meeting venue, provision of entertainment, protocol arrangement, hotel reservation for guess and staff, meet and greet,
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative manager experience
- Additional qualification and certification will be an added advantage.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver result and work under pressure, resourceful, networking and reliable.
- Passion, Patience, dedication, creativity and eye toward precision.
