Job Description
As Head, Business Development, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Conduct regular market, organizations and individuals data analysis to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek new business/market initiatives, increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Analyzing the return on investment on all new initiatives, business lines and projects that company embarks upon.
- Manage marketing and branding initiative as well as vendors.
- Managing and monitoring newly launched initiatives and projects.
- Managing performance and development of staff in the business development unit.
- Monitor performance of product lines, report changes, trends and opportunities in the Business Development unit.
- Complete projects according to timeline and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Grow Carpet & Upholstery and leather work.
- Improve and Manage the IT needs of the organization.
- Relationship management such as power, facility owners, contractors, major vendors etc.
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Degree in a related field required.
- 5 – 7 years of experience as a Business Development, Project Management or related field.
Professional qualification.
- Proficient in major Administrative applications and software - Microsoft Office suite, etc., programs and project management tools like CRMs, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
