Job Description



As Head, Business Development, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:



  • Conduct regular market, organizations and individuals data analysis to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seek new business/market initiatives, increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Analyzing the return on investment on all new initiatives, business lines and projects that company embarks upon.

  • Manage marketing and branding initiative as well as vendors.

  • Managing and monitoring newly launched initiatives and projects.

  • Managing performance and development of staff in the business development unit.

  • Monitor performance of product lines, report changes, trends and opportunities in the Business Development unit.

  • Complete projects according to timeline and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Grow Carpet & Upholstery and leather work.

  • Improve and Manage the IT needs of the organization.

  • Relationship management such as power, facility owners, contractors, major vendors etc.

  • Any other job assigned by the supervisor.


Education and Work Experience Requirements



  • Degree in a related field required.

  • 5 – 7 years of experience as a Business Development, Project Management or related field.


Professional qualification.



  • Proficient in major Administrative applications and software - Microsoft Office suite, etc., programs and project management tools like CRMs, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
