Job Description



  • Input and manage data on the transportation software.

  • Assist in sourcing and distributing of passenger’s refreshment to different terminals.

  • Monitoring drivers' logbook entries and performing payroll calculations

  • Managing budgets, as well as processing purchase orders and payments.

  • Scheduling transportation services, planning routes, and assigning drivers

  • Review accurate daily vehicle log and control petrol consumption and mileage.

  • Prepare the Monthly transport user report and submit before deadline.

  • Review and clarify invoices and procurement documents related to the transport and maintenance

  • Collect cash payments and pay into the bank

  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

  • Make withdrawal from the company’s account

  • Carry out any other financial transaction assigned by your reporting office


Requirements



  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Transportation Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics or related field

  • 2 - 3 years of work experience.

  • Proven work experience in marketing.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Competency in the English Language

  • Fast learner and quick thinker

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and accounting softwares

  • Self-motivated, sound marketing and prospecting skills in breaking new business grounds.

  • Superb time management and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.

  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Availability to resolve operational issues outside of business hours
