Job Description
The Digital Sales Officer is responsible for selling our services to individuals, small and medium businesses, and corporate prospects. This individual's main goals are acquiring new clients, upselling services to current customers, developing leads through networking, identifying target customers, prospecting with a high rate of return, figuring out the capabilities and needs of prospects, demonstrating how Diagnostar Health's products and services offer a significant return on investment, and closing profitable deals quickly—usually in less than 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new clients, conduct market research and needs analyses, develop tailored sales solutions, develop and present sales proposals, and close deals.
- Lead, develop, manage, and execute a sales strategy that supports the organization's goals and increases Diagnostar Health's market share for all assigned leads and market segments.
- Negotiate and close profitable deals on time to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify potential customer groups, and generate and qualify leads in order to develop a robust sales pipeline. Source new sales opportunities through networking, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Research prospects businesses identify key players and generate interest.
- Perform effective online demos and sales presentations for prospects.
- Deliver an accurate sales forecast for multiple products and services on a monthly basis.
- Document and maintain all sales activities in a CRM system.
- Learn sales-related features and advantages for the entire line of Diagnostar Health’s products and services.
- Respond to DMs and inquiries to convert to actual buying customers
- Develop sales newsletters to convert prospects into paying customers.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of digital sales experience selling B2B and B2C solutions in a high-volume environment
- 1 to 3 years of full-cycle sales experience with a typical “close on the spot” approach
- Rapid prospect credibility-building skills and the ability to build rapport, uncover needs, identify options, prioritize stakeholder needs, and close sales
- Strong ability to articulate value - must be able to effectively handle objections and communicate value over price
- Ability to analyze and synthesize potential customer data in order to create persuasive presentations
- Possess the skills needed to negotiate and close new customer sales, including reviewing and delivering contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions
- Self-starter; possess a "can do" attitude, self-motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals
- Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively throughout an organization, influence, negotiate, and establish mutually agreeable expectations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word), Gsuite, ClickUp, Madmimi, client management, and customer management tools
