Job Description



The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company’s products and services to clients.


KEY DUTIES



  • Prospecting and maintaining clients for TV and Radio daily

  • Sourcing and securing sponsorship of TV and Radio programs.

  • Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.

  • Monitoring competitor’s activities.

  • Ensuring monthly financial targets are met.

  • Plan and executive initiative to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.

  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaign through sponsorship.

  • Brainstorm and develop idea for marketing campaigns.

  • Maintains excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio Meeting and surpassing Financial targets.

  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

  • Maintain and update customer databases weekly and send same to Team Lead, sales and marketing.

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports accordingly.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s degree in any recognized university.

  • 5 years’ working experience in media sales (TV and Radio)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Budget Management skills and proficiency.

  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  • Good knowledge of database systems and processes.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

  • Ability to generate Income and achieve business targets.

  • Excellent IT Skills, including use of ICT packages i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access.
