Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company’s products and services to clients.
KEY DUTIES
- Prospecting and maintaining clients for TV and Radio daily
- Sourcing and securing sponsorship of TV and Radio programs.
- Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
- Monitoring competitor’s activities.
- Ensuring monthly financial targets are met.
- Plan and executive initiative to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaign through sponsorship.
- Brainstorm and develop idea for marketing campaigns.
- Maintains excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio Meeting and surpassing Financial targets.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer databases weekly and send same to Team Lead, sales and marketing.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any recognized university.
- 5 years’ working experience in media sales (TV and Radio)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Budget Management skills and proficiency.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Good knowledge of database systems and processes.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Ability to generate Income and achieve business targets.
- Excellent IT Skills, including use of ICT packages i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access.
