Job Description




  • Work closely with the operations team to understand our smartphone product and identify relevant local market insights to support the continuous optimization of incentive programmes and user promotional campaigns.

  • Discuss and collaborate with cross functional teams globally and regionally to align targets and operational tactics for user growth.

  • Recruit and partner with prospective brand ambassadors and/or promoters who will earn incentives by inviting users to join our App.

  • Design and develop and roll out on-going training and enablement programs for promoters and brand ambassadors on best practices for user acquisition and promotional activities.

  • Based on the project bi-monthly and semi-annual target, plan and assign KPI's, monitor completion, analyse issues, and implement solutions.

  • Plan and execute online or offline external events and materials distribution to promote our brand.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or above and at least 3 years working experience in project management and ideally operations, sales experience is preferable, but not essential

  • Strong ownership, accountability, and responsibility for managing external partnerships and ambassador group relations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the team.

  • Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions.

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and problem solver.
