The customer retention agent is responsible for engaging customers to obtain feedback on services and understand their behavior ( lifestyle, preferences, etc), and win back lost customers.

  • And any other duty assigned by the manager


Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills;



  • Minimum Requirements: B.Sc/ HND in any discipline

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer’s service.

Salary: N80,000 - 100,000
