A Start-up Confectionery company is searching for a suitable Microbiologist with practical experience in food processing and confectioneries who will identify and guarantee quality of products.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Ensure timely analysis of sample to prevent production loss time and waste.


• Perform Hygiene Audits and implement Hygienic requirements across site.


• Ensure products are correctly labelled and prepared according to the standard procedures.


• Monitor and control raw material input to meet quality standards. 


• Guide in the cleaning & sanitization procedures and training to ensure hygiene of equipment and utilities.

REQUIREMENT

Qualification: 

• OND/HND/B.Sc in Microbiology and Science Laboratory Technology Food.


• 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar role from the food industry.


• Age Requirement: 26 - 35 year
