Installs, services, and repairs process equipment components (valves, pumps, piping systems, actuators, filtration systems, pressure relief devices,) consistent with chemical industry
Conduct scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance of process and environmental equipment in accordance with the SOP, Safety Health & Environment policies, and current Good Manufacturing Practices
Excellent mastery of utility electrical equipment including air compressors, Nitrogen plant,
LV Switch Gear:
Good understanding of Process plant high voltage electrical equipment,
Understands and performs analog, digital, frequency, and time calibration of electronic systems and components
Monitors and inspects testing equipment and other instrumentation throughout the plant facility on a scheduled basis or as needs arise
Perform IQ/OQ/PQ testing for new and existing equipment
Ensure all Instruments are physically inspected, check for moisture or water inside
Temperature, Pressure and flow Transmitters. Ensure the VFD display of running motors are ON, check for fumes and burnt smell around the panels, ensure the panel fans are Always ON
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification with 5-7 years work experience.
