Job Description
This role is responsible for initiating and managing the entire process needed to acquire, extend, renew, terminate and dispose of transactions in line with global best practices along with developing and executing strategies, policies, and procedures for the management of our transactions.
What you will be doing every day
- Conduct all transaction management processes and projects
- Review and provide detailed financial analysis as at when due
- Work with the team and team managers to review and, where necessary, seek approval for updates to processes or procedures to minimize risk and improve the operational environment
- Ensure day-to-day operations are in compliance with internal policies and procedures and local regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business and/or numeracy course with additional professional qualifications in Accounting, Computer Science, and management sciences would be an advantage.
- Professional Certifications would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7+ years post-qualification experience with, at least, 3 years in Mobile Financial Services sector/ industry and/or Banking
- Ability to adapt and openness to learning new trends and skills
- Ability to align Fincra Group standards to international best practices
