Requirements



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience as a skilled in financial and administrative management in a private or social development organization with a minimum of two (2) years experience managing teams.

  • Holds a professional Accounting/Finance Qualification such as ICAN/ACCA.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Accounting software and working with ERP systems. Oracle Netsuite is an added advantage 

  • Highly skilled in data analysis and extensive experience in proposal preparation and budget formulation.

  • Excellent communication and speaking skills, an influencer who can deliver presentations at meetings with external partners.
