Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
3-4 years of relevant experience as a skilled in financial and administrative management in a private or social development organization with a minimum of two (2) years experience managing teams.
Holds a professional Accounting/Finance Qualification such as ICAN/ACCA.
Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Accounting software and working with ERP systems. Oracle Netsuite is an added advantage
Highly skilled in data analysis and extensive experience in proposal preparation and budget formulation.
Excellent communication and speaking skills, an influencer who can deliver presentations at meetings with external partners.
