Responsiblites
- Solar Home System sales with Hybrid Green-Loans
- Create demand for HGL and ensure product acceptance within assigned location
- Engage local groups; market association, unions, artisans groups, etc on benefits of HGL
- Present, promote Baobab+ products, using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Profile and sensitize prospective customers for HGL and introduce to Baobab PM
- Meet sales targets on monthly basis
- Advice customers on the cost-benefit and reliability of HGL
- Develop and maintain on-going relationships with customers
- Escalate customers' complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Give feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Top-up sales
- Liaise with branch stakeholders to promote top-up on loans
- Welcoming clients in branches, responding to their requests and selling Baobab+ products.
- Report to the Network Manager any information related to the implementation of operations, particularly those relating to customer requests.
- Provide support and training to agency employees on the promotion of Baobab+ products
- Provide after-sales service to customers who have purchased Baobab+ products in the branch
- Ensure the stock management of Baobab+ products in the branch.
- Meet sales targets on monthly basis
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field.
- Similar Experience as a Loan or Credit recovery officer in any Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
- Great Communication skills.
- Similar Experience within the Solar and renewable energy industry will be an added advantage .
